Acronis Enhances Support for ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise Manage; Adds Acronis Files Cloud and Disaster Recovery Cloud Integrations

Acronis Data Cloud is a unified hybrid cloud platform for backup, disaster recovery, and file, sync and share services for service providers that allows them to offer safety, accessibility, privacy, authenticity, and security for all data, applications and systems of their customers with unprecedented level of ease. Acronis Data Cloud seamlessly integrates with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate, the company’s leading software solutions used for both business management and remote monitoring and deployment. With the enhanced integrations, managed service providers (MSPs) can to sell, provision, and monitor Acronis Data Cloud services. ConnectWise Automate support: Acronis has supported ConnectWise Automate (previously LabTech Software) for over two years. This integration allows MSPs to provision Acronis Backup Cloud service to customers directly from the ConnectWise Automate console, remotely install, update, manage and monitor the Acronis backup agents to all protected machines. With the new integration to be released in July 2018, MSPs can more easily set up cyber protection strategies for clients. New features include: Separate default backup plans for servers and workstations Backup policy scripts for mass deployment across multiple endpoints ConnectWise Manage support: Acronis Data Cloud integration with ConnectWise Manage lets MSPs easily provision cloud-based services to new and existing customers, offer automated billing, and automatically generate tickets for failed operations and for quota-related issues without leaving the ConnectWise Automate Console. New features include:
- Full support of Acronis Files Cloud and Disaster Recovery Cloud services in addition to Acronis Backup Cloud
- Easy configuration for billing, including “free provisioning” option in billing settings
- Improved scalability supports more than 10,000 accounts per partner
- Significant improvement in working with tickets, including rules for auto-closing tickets to reduce management overhead
- building on their brand with white-label and branding options

- expanding their total addressable market with support for 21 platforms
